This man is amazing...couldn't ask for a more knowledgeable courteous professional. One of the best knee guys in the entire world. His resume speaks with authority.

So lucky to have got him. Don't choose anyone else

I have worked with Dr. Strudwick for 2 years now regarding osteoarthritis in both my knees (age 48). He is very skilled, compassionate and real at the same time. I appreciate all that he has done to help me get back to my active life. Highly recommended.

Meeting Dr. Strudwick has truly been a blessing. It’s just been an awesome experience and can not wait to be back playing basketball.

"This guy is the best not only is he a genius at being a surgeon, he's a great person as well. His staff is very nice and professional. (I was difficult /anxious at times) my knee was hurting and the office staff were great. This doctor's skills speak for itself. Love ya Doc"

"Dr. Strudwick's knowledge and companion make him a true light in a dark world of WC. He listens to your complaints and addresses them. Nothing will be done if not needed so no worries! Thank you"

"I've had several excellent experiences and outcomes with orthopedic doctors and surgeons. Beyond his credentials and skills, Dr. Warren Strudwick is at the top of my list for his humanity, which translates into his generosity with his time and expertise. He listened to me, evaluated my situation, and fully explained options for my knee. He spent as much time with me beforehand as I needed to help me decide what to do, and after surgery to understand what he'd found, what he'd done, and my physical therapy/recovery plan. Plus his office team was there for me at every stage.
The whole experience could not have been better."

"Dr. Strudwick and his team are phenomenal! We were referred to him by my daughter's coach (shout out to Jukka Valkonen!) when she dislocated her knee. Dr. Strudwick is a gifted surgeon and a kind, caring human being. His surgery scheduler, Marlene Fuentes, was so caring, attentive and went beyond the call of duty. His entire team - everyone! - was incredible. Dr. Strudwick and his team are heaven sent!"

"Hi,
I wanted to share a progress update following the PRP treatments for my knee.
Pre-Treatment Condition (Before 1st PRP):
• Bending the knee was painful due to a cyst /meniscus tear; I couldn’t go down stairs while bearing weight on the affected leg.
• The knee felt stiff and swollen, and the kneecap was especially painful when walking downhill.
• Going upstairs was only manageable one step at a time.
• The IT band and hamstrings were extremely tight, and muscle cramped
Supplements & Adjunct Therapies:
• I began taking Integrative Therapeutics Glucosamine Sulfate (2/day) and 1000mg Vitamin C daily.
• I scheduled chiropractic sessions two days before each PRP injection, focusing on:
• Lymphatic drainage
• Muscle and IT band release
• Ultrasound therapy
• Red laser treatment
After 1st PRP:
• Noticed a reduction in swelling and tightness around the knee.
• Pain persisted while bending and especially when walking downstairs
• Going downstairs remained difficult—I couldn’t bear weight long enough to complete one step fully.
• I started physical therapy shortly after.
After 2nd PRP:
• Marked improvement in stair mobility: walking both up and down became much easier almost as before
• Within a couple of weeks, I was able to walk down stairs normally and bend the knee without the sharp pinching sensation.
• The hamstring is now relaxed, and PT is ongoing.
• There’s still a mild, dull sensation around the kneecap when walking downhill sometimes, but for most of the day, I’m pain-free.
I’ll check in again in a couple of weeks after completing the third PRP session and additional PT sessions to report further progress.
Thanks so much I feel very well taken care of.
Warm regards,"
